Hedwig Emerging Artists

《New. Now. Next.》는 동시대 시각예술의 흐름 속에서 새로운 가능성과 감각을 드러내는 신진 작가 6인을 조명하는 전시다. 이번 전시는 2026년 헤드비갤러리 신진 작가 공모를 통해 선정된 김미성, 김선경, 김한울, 노연지, 오그림, 한원식 작가의 작업을 중심으로 기획되었다.

각 작가는 자신만의 시선과 언어로 동시대의 다층적인 삶과 감정, 공간과 관계를 탐색하며, 고유한 조형 언어를 통해 새로운 해석과 질문을 던진다.

이들의 작업은 지금 이곳(Now)의 현실을 기반으로, 아직 열리지 않은 가능성(New)을 품고, 앞으로 펼쳐질 예술의 지형도(Next)를 향해 나아간다.

《New. Now. Next.》는 각기 다른 감각과 시선이 만들어내는 여섯 개의 출발점이며, 오늘을 통과해 내일을 예고하는 현재진행형의 움직임이다.

New. Now. Next. is a group exhibition that highlights six emerging artists whose practices reveal new possibilities and sensibilities within the flow of contemporary visual art.
The exhibition is organized around the works of Misung Kim, Claire Kim, Hanwool Kim, Yunji Ro, Grim Oh, and Wonsic Hahn, selected through the 2026 Hedwig Gallery Emerging Artist Open Call.

Each artist explores the multilayered aspects of contemporary life—its emotions, spaces, and relationships—through their own distinct perspectives and visual languages.
Grounded in the reality of the present moment (Now), their works embrace yet-unrealized possibilities (New) and move toward the evolving landscape of art that lies ahead (Next).

New. Now. Next. presents six individual points of departure shaped by differing sensibilities and viewpoints, tracing a continuous movement that passes through today and gestures toward tomorrow.
